SUNSET COTTAGE, LLC is upscale with central air and Wi-Fi. The moment you walk into the cottage you will feel like you are home. The open floor plan invites you to a large outdoor deck where you’ll be kicking back, watching the swans, having a lemonade, and enjoying real lakefront living.
There is a gas grill and charcoal grill. The deck has three umbrella tables and chairs to accommodate 20. Everything you need to just chill. Arborvitae and large evergreen trees provide privacy. The sea wall is equipped with cleats for docking two boats. Rent a pontoon boat, kayak, or stand up paddleboard from a local marina and safely enjoy the bay. Stroll the boardwalk to the "tea booth" under the weeping willow tree.
Play bocce, swim, go fishing, or just relax in the "Big Daddy" double Adirondack chairs. Breathe the fresh air and enjoy nature’s beauty. See if you can catch a glimpse of the swans flying over the bay. In the evening, toast some marshmallows around the bonfire.
The new, large, two-level Trex deck accomodates several tables and chairs. A bench was added to the deck to provide additional seating and compliment the booth on the boardwalk.
The granite and maple kitchen is fully equipped. After the kitchen is the Great Room with HDTV, recliner, and two leather sofas. For additional guests, one sofa converts to a queen bed for two adults. The Venice Suite has a queen, four post bed with HDTV, recliner, powder room, and a private walk-in shower room. The Lakefront Bedroom has a queen bed, full bed, and full-length leather sofa. The Wonderland Bedroom has a queen bed and an HDTV.
All bathrooms have comfort-level toilets and all bathtubs have grab bars.
We have a strict no pet policy.
